  • If your property does not meet eligibility criteria after generating the Energy Performance Report (EPR).

  • If you fail to provide the necessary paperwork or supporting documents required to proceed.

  • If there is a change in policy or grant criteria by the governing authority or funding body, which affects your eligibility.

  • If installation is not feasible due to weather conditions or property limitations beyond our control.

We understand these situations can be disappointing; however, they are determined by external factors outside our influence.
